About
About CIAN Collective
Our Mission
To make the cosmic Christ audible across all nations by elevating worshippers who create from belovedness.
Perichoresis is the business model: 70% to artists is justice, creators own their masters, and we are a 501(c)(3) because accumulation contradicts kenosis.
Our Story
CIAN Collective was born from a holy discontent—a longing for worship that returns to the ancient rhythm of trinitarian love.
Our founder knew what many have felt: worship spaces where the stage replaced the altar. Something essential was missing—the vulnerable, self-emptying love of the Trinity that welcomes all into the divine dance.
What if melodies could awaken us to our deepest identity—beloved participants in God's eternal flow of love?
CIAN—Christ In All Nations—became the expression of this vision. Here the patriarchs' ancient wisdom meets contemporary sound. Our music does not proclaim a tribal deity. It celebrates the Trinity's universal embrace.
This is worship as homecoming. This is CIAN.
What We Stand For
Faith
Faith is not our niche. It is our operating system. Everything we do flows from one conviction: the cosmic Christ is reconciling all things, and music is one language of that reconciliation. We don't create to earn God's love—we already have it. We create from the overflow of belovedness. That changes everything: the songs, the business model, the community we're building.
Excellence
Excellence honors the Incarnation. Excellence isn't about impressing God—God's already delighted in you. If the work is worth making, it is worth making with care. Careful production. Careful sound. Honest craft. We create from rest, not anxiety; from fullness, not lack. And that produces something undeniably different.
Authenticity
Authenticity means worshippers who've actually experienced what they sing about. Not simply performing Christianity, but living it. We support those who create from a genuine encounter with the divine—the kind that undoes you, rebuilds you, and sends you back with something tangible to share. No manufactured emotion. No spiritual bypassing. No exploitation. Just honest humans making honest music about an honest God who loves them.
Community
The Trinity is community—three persons in eternal mutual love. Everything created in God's image reflects that pattern. So we're not building a platform. We're fostering communion. Artists collaborate globally. Listeners become participants. Music isn't background noise. It's the soundtrack to joining something ancient, something cosmic, something that's been dancing before time began.
The team

Alain Lea
Founder (President of CIAN Collective)
I started CIAN Collective because I kept meeting incredibly gifted Gospel artists who were forced to choose between authentic faith and professional opportunity. That false dichotomy broke my heart. The Trinity doesn't choose between love and power, between beauty and truth, between intimacy and excellence—why should Gospel artists? This house is my attempt to build infrastructure that honors both calling and craft, both mission and mastery. We're proving that perichoretic business models can compete globally while maintaining kingdom values. It's the most challenging work I've ever done. It's also the most aligned with who I'm created to be.

Christy Binam
Head of A&R
I listen for something specific: artists who've been to the well and come back different. You can hear it immediately—music created from encounter versus music manufactured for consumption. My job is to find voices that carry something real, then provide every resource they need to share it effectively. This isn't about discovering marketable talent. It's about recognizing divine image-bearing and creating space for it to flourish. Every artist we walk with is a theological statement: you're already beloved. Now let's release what Love has placed within you.

Marc Tissot
Music Producer
Production is prayer for me. Every mix decision, every mastering choice, every sonic texture—it's all asking: how does this serve the song? How does this honor the artist's vision? How does this create space for listeners to encounter something beyond entertainment? I have worked where music is a product. Here, music is a sacrament. That changes how you approach compression, reverb, arrangement—everything. We're not just making songs sound good. We're creating sonic environments where the divine can become audible.

Mark Edwin
Marketing Director
I introduce people to music that might genuinely serve their spiritual journey. I do not exploit anxiety. I do not manufacture scarcity. I tell true stories about real artists creating authentic music. When you trust people and treat them with dignity, they respond.
A word from a listener
I have been listening to CIAN Collective for a while now, and every song feels like a story I can relate to. The lyrics are heartfelt, and the production is top-notch. Truly one of the most talented groups out there!
